Ukrhydroenergo and DOLSAR will cooperate in the construction of hydropower plants in Ukraine

October 3, Turkey. The Memorandum of Cooperation between DOLSAR MÜHENDISLIK ANONIM SIRKETI and Ukrhydroenergo was signed.

The memorandum was sealed with signatures by Bohdan Sukhetskyi, deputy CEO for commercial operations at Ukrhydroenergo, and Gem Aker, DOLSAR's international project coordinator.

The document states that the companies intend to cooperate on the restoration of Kakhovka HPP and the construction of Kanivska PSPP.

"The Russian occupiers blew up the engine room and spillway dam of the Kakhovka HPP, which led to destruction and, based on the results of a preliminary assessment, it can be concluded that measures to restore the Kakhovka HPP need to be taken," the memorandum says.

The memorandum also states that the development of Ukraine's fuel and energy complex is currently a priority.
