The General Meeting of Shareholders is the highest governing Body of the Company. The State exercises its powers as a shareholder solely. The Company's executive Body is the Director General, responsible for all issues related to the management of the Company's current activities.
The Supervisory Board of Ukhydroenergo was established as a collegial Body in 2019. The main goal of the Supervisory Board is to protect the rights of the Company's shareholders. Within their powers, the Supervisory Board implements strategic management of the Company and analyzes, evaluates, and controls the activities of the Executive Body. The Supervisory Board consists of seven members (four independent members and three - representatives of the State).
