On 28 April, the first Ukraine Law Day was held at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple — a landmark legal event organised by the Bar Council of England and Wales, with the support of the Ukrainian Bar Association, the Ukrainian National Bar Association, , the Embassy of Ukraine to the UK, and Spilka.

The conference addressed key issues including the rule of law, Ukraine’s post-war recovery, international justice, and the energy sector’s role in reconstruction.

Ukrhydroenergo participated in an energy panel, which focused on energy security, restoring critical infrastructure, dispute resolution in the context of war, and current market dynamics.

"The resilience of the energy sector is not just about physical reconstruction. It is about trust, partnership, and the ability to defend national interests and continue operations even in wartime. That is exactly what the Ukrhydroenergo team is working toward," said Yulia Tolchynina-Burunska, Director of Legal and Property Relations at Ukrhydroenergo.

The London event served as a platform for dialogue among Ukrainian and British legal professionals, business leaders, and policymakers — reinforcing international support for Ukraine’s legal and institutional recovery.
