The Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo approved the financial plan for 2026
The decision ensures the company's stable financing of its operations.
The document outlines the company's key priorities, including the restoration of damaged facilities, the continued construction of protective structures, the continuation of hydropower plant modernisation, and the implementation of strategic investment projects.
"The timely approval of the financial plan is an important signal to the shareholder and international partners about the stability of the company's management, the predictability of its decisions, and the company's proper financial discipline. This decision confirms the resilience of the corporate governance system and affirms confidence in the company," noted Valentyn Gvozdiy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo.
A meeting of the Supervisory Board's Appointments and Remuneration Committee also took place.
