The situation in the hydropower sector as of February 14

HPPs and PSPPs are operating normally. There are 72 hydraulic units in operation. 10 are under reconstruction, and another part is out of service for major, routine and emergency repairs.

The volume of water in the cascade of the Dnipro and Dniester reservoirs complies with the decisions of the Interagency Commission.

Ukrhydroenergo's stations are preparing for the spring flood.

General situation in the power system:

Warming contributes to a decrease in consumption. There is currently no deficit in the power system.

 However, it is important not to overload the power system, especially during peak consumption hours (from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00).
