The overarching theme of the forum was the infrastructure reconstruction of Ukraine. The Korean side presented its vision for restoring various infrastructure projects in Ukraine, including energy facilities, railway infrastructure, airports, and specific reconstruction projects in Ukrainian cities.

Among the energy projects is the Kakhovka HPP reconstruction, which russian occupiers destroyed.

Ukrhydroenergo had previously signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Korean water resources corporation K-Water, an extension of the project for Ukraine's recovery discussed during a government economic mission to Poland. The main content of the agreement includes the exchange of information on dams and hydrogenation, safety diagnostics for the restoration of damaged objects, and technical support during the restoration process.
Korean experts expressed hope for further deepening cooperation with Ukrhydroenergo and the implementation of advanced technologies during the reconstruction of the Kakhovka station.

During the forum, participants exchanged experiences and expert knowledge and deepened professional contacts for future cooperation in the reconstruction of Ukraine.

Participation in the forum also marked the continued expansion of cooperation with leading global companies, including those from the Republic of Korea. In July, a delegation from Ukrhydroenergo, led by the Head of the Supervisory Board, Valentyn Gvozdiy, held meetings with representatives of Korean business and government.
