Ukrhydroenergo’s Supervisory Board

Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Valentyn Gvozdiy, emphasised the importance of the approved indicators for the company's sustainable development.

"The Owner’s Expectations Letter is a roadmap for Ukrhydroenergo’s further development. It defines the shareholder’s vision for the company’s key objectives, which focus on restoration, modernisation, improved management efficiency, and strengthening the company’s market position," said Valentyn Gvozdiy.

During the meeting, the Supervisory Board also approved the report on the implementation of the company’s financial plan for 2024, presented by CEO Ihor Syrota. The report provided a detailed overview of the company’s performance over the past year, highlighting key achievements, particularly efforts to restore critical infrastructure following massive Russian attacks on hydroelectric power plants.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the company’s facilities have suffered over 150 missile strikes.

Additionally, meetings of the Supervisory Board’s committees on Appointments and Remuneration, Risk Management, Strategy and Sustainable Development, and Audit were held.
