The average level of the lower reaches near the Dnipro HPP dam is 12.10 m BS.

 Update as of July 26

The Kakhovka HPP rebuilding project will be implemented only after all the necessary examinations and detailed studies of the damage to the plant caused by the russians' explosions. Currently, the bottom of the Kakhovka reservoir is overgrown with grass.

The restoration of the Kakhovka station is the only solution to cover the water shortage in Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Dnipro regions; restore the irrigation system that was fed from the reservoir and the water supply of Crimea after de-occupation; provide water to the cooling ponds of the Zaporizhzhia NPP (full launch of the plant after de-occupation is impossible without the restoration of the Kakhovka reservoir) and ensure river navigation on the Dnipro (the depth at the site of the Kakhovka reservoir has now decreased by about 14 meters).

Scheduled repairs and reconstruction of hydropower equipment at Ukrhydroenergo's stations continue, taking into account safety issues to ensure maximum efficiency during the 2023-2024 winter season.
