How do you motivate yourself? How do you find a balance between your career and family? How crucial is male support for women, and how can setbacks be managed? Ukrhydroenergo employees discussed these questions in a relaxed atmosphere during a motivational meeting with Svitlana Khrapova, Deputy CEO of the company, and Nataliya Mykolska, member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo.

Svitlana Khrapova: "You can realize anything you want if you have the strength and desire to do so."

Nataliya Mykolska, the moderator, emphasized that gender equality and women's empowerment are more than just rules and regulations. They are about setting examples, providing motivation, and mentorship. She expressed that life is challenging and beautiful, and everyone's unique journey includes successes and failures.

Svitlana Khrapova shared her life experiences and practical advice. She recounted a story from her school days when a teacher doubted a girl's capability in exact sciences. Another incident during her student years, where a teacher gave her a low grade, only fueled her determination to excel. Svitlana stressed that women should understand their needs and be proactive:

"Anything you want to achieve is possible! If you have the strength and desire, you can achieve anything!"
