Based on the results of studying photos and videos from UAVs, Ukrhydroenergo experts determined that the water level in the Kakhovka reservoir could be below 7 meters.

The average level of the lower pool near the Dnipro HPP dam is 13.10 meters above sea level.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, a steady decline continues at the Kherson post. The water level dropped by 20 cm overnight. And as of 8:00 a.m. on June 19, it is 0.79 m BS.
Ukrhydroenergo and the design institute are working on a project to build a cofferdam (dam) for the Kakhovka reservoir after de-occupation.
- Ukrhydroenergo workers continue to provide humanitarian aid to those affected by the occupiers' explosion of the Kakhovka HPP.
