Valentyn Gvozdiy: We must focus on development projects that will enable the company to generate more clean energy for Ukraine
On October 9, Ukrhydroenergo's Supervisory Board met to review the company's current operations.
During the meeting, Ihor Syrota, CEO of Ukrhydroenergo, informed about the company's operations and preparations for the autumn-winter period. In his turn, Deputy CEO for commercial activities Bohdan Sukhetskiy reported on the financial performance in the third quarter of 2023.
The members of the Supervisory Board paid special attention to the preparation of the company's projects, having familiarized themselves with the status of the Kanivska PSPP construction project and the current situation regarding the finalization of the project with regard to safety issues.
Valentyn Gvozdiy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, emphasized, "Our primary objective remains ensuring the reliability of our services as a power system regulator. Therefore, in addition to our ongoing work, we must focus on development projects that will enable the company to generate more clean energy for Ukraine."
Meetings of the audit committee and the risk managementc were also conducted.
