A meeting of the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo was held
On an important day for the energy industry, Energy Day, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo was held. The meeting was of particular importance given the current challenges faced by Ukraine's energy sector amid the war.
The main topics of discussion were chalanges for the winter period and the development of strategies for adaptation and modernization of the power system. Reports on the company's activities for 2023 were presented and plans for the next year aimed at strengthening Ukraine's energy independence were approved.
"I would like to recognize the exceptional work of our team this year. Ukrhydroenergo has prevented systemic incidents several times by resolving critical situations in the power system. Our work is an important contribution to maintaining the country's energy stability," - said Valentyn Gvozdiy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo.
The meeting also featured reports of specialized committees, including the Nomination, Strategy and Sustainability Committee and the Audit Committee. These meetings provided a fruitful exchange of views on key aspects of the company's development from a season group of business executivs who we have serving on our Supervisory Board
