Valentyn Gvozdiy: Ukrhydroenergo's Supervisory Board approves the company's 9-month report
Kyiv, Ukraine - At its recent meeting, the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo approved the company's nine-month performance report, which emphasized its resilience and efficiency even in wartime.
Despite the challenges posed by the hostilities, Ukrhydroenergo has demonstrated significant financial success. The report presented by CEO Igor Syrota shows that the company exceeded its profit and tax targets. Particularly important was the efficient management of reservoirs during floods, which ensured the reliability of the company's operations and preparation for the heating season.
Valentyn Gvozdiy, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo, noted the high level of coordination between the Board and the executive body, which allowed the company to respond effectively to challenges and achieve its goals.
The meeting also discussed key issues, including the completion of winterization, international cooperation, as well as challenges and strategic initiatives. In addition, the Nomination, Strategy and Sustainability, and Audit Committees met.
